Anyway - here's whats up and I need some "advice"

Since we've worked together, we've both flirted quite a bit, talked to each other about everything, and just generally had a good time. We've talked about relationships, things we want out of life, etc. He keeps an eye out for me massively (more so than I do for him)

He had a going away party on Monday, and I met them at the bar, hoping that there would be some other people from work, but I was the only one. When I walked in, he immediately saw me (he was looking for me, he admitted later) and gave me a hug, had me pull up a seat next to him, and he offered me a beer (he had a pitcher.) I told him that I was fine, but sure enough, he had the bartender grab a glass for me, he filled it, and smiled, "It would have been a lot easier had you just said yes."

*swoon* Anyway - not ever had beer - it wasn't too bad, and then he had the bartender fill it up again - mighty full the second time. He came back over, (after playing a game of pool with his friends) arm around me on his way to sit, and asked "A lil ambitous there Beck?"

"Nah, she did it."

"Good for her :)"

He went and played another game, and when he left, some drunk older guy hit on me and kept getting closer and closer, so he came around, grab my shoulder and squeezed it a couple times and hung out until that guy left, kinda acting like he was my boyfriend.

How I just want to tell him that I've had this major crush on him, and would like to hook up before he leaves and stuff - - - keep in touch when he's gone, hang out a bit before he leaves, etc.

BUT HOW?!?!? That is my question. That and I want a photo....HOW?!?!? HELP!?!?
