Valerie (the girl Jeff was with when him and I were

together) is coming into to town so they can

supposedly talk and "figure things out" according to

him. I dunno if I believe him, but anyway, my

question is - I wanna call/e-mail her and see what's

up and if he's tellin the truth, and if not, kinda

clue her in on the fact that he's lieing about their

relationship/her/etc. He even told me the other night

that things between him and I will very possibly work,

but then this????

I stopped over at his place today because he had part

of the afternoon off and hung out outside with him for

a couple hours, kinda tried to get him to talk, but

all I got was "I dunno yet, I will know/find out later

tonight." I asked if I could go in and see what he

had done to the house (he's remodling) but he said to

"Hang on a sec, I'll show ya" - - - - - and he never

did....Am I surprised? No. Supposedly she moved out

and I'm thinking maybe she didn't. I just wanna

call/e-mail her and be like "I heard that you came

into town tonight to talk things out with Jeff and

figure out where you two stood and I just wanted to

say hey and......" I dunno really after that. But

basically pull it off as a - I Care about you type

thing - not an - I'm an obsessed psycho ex girlfriend

type thing.

Yeah - I'm just so bothered by this which doesn't make

sense. Its to the point that I can't even function.

I want him back so badly and I love him with all that

I am and I have for the last 5 years. I know him

inside and out and can (for the most part - 99% of the

time) read him like a book..........she can't.

I could keep going, but you get the idea. I can't

sleep, I'm not eating, all I do is cry and "panic" I

don't know what I'm doing....ya know???? I've been up

for 30+ hours.

So, do I talk to him? leave him be? call? call her?

email her? drop the whole thing?

Help.....
